London never sleeps, it just sucks...

I was in London for 2 weeks and came back to Singapore last Sunday. These few days I was feeling jet lug a bit, feeling much better now..

London reminds me of this song by Catatonia, I was singing it in my mind many times in London.



I enjoyed myself in London, visited lots of museums and galleries, and did some shopping.

I had Mos Burger lunch with Mai-chan yesterday. I didn't bring my camera with me, no picture to update to our blog.. But I will be more proactive from today!

Kings of Convenience concert

I went to esplanade for Kings of Convenience
concert last Friday.
They are so small in this picture!

Surprisingly, they allowed the audiences
to come to the front.

So we could see them pretty close for last few songs.

After the concert Erlend Øye was at the food court next to esplanade, chatting with some people at a table.

Lester asked him if he could take a picture of him with me but it didn't happened, he pointed to a note on his shirts 'No autograph or photograph.' I see~. But it is ok, thank you for your music!!

Aliens

Haha I found a couple of pictures, my roll was an alien for a zouk show this April.

With my alien buddy, Yuka-chan.
She was in Singapore for a few months for modeling.
I am sure she hadn't imagined anybody gonna ask her to be an alien..

Talking about Aliens, I wanna share this song called 'Aliens' by Kirinji.

When I first heard this song 8 or 9 years ago, I couldn't stop crying. The way of description of scenery, seasons, mood and feeling is way too beyond. No wonder why they chose 'Kirinji' as their duo name cos it also means a genius, a child wonder when you write in Kanji as 麒麟児.

And the melody really made me cry so much cos it fit so well in autumn, a little sad and painful season...

New Kids on the Block!

I used to be crazy about NKOTB
when they were popular in 1980s.
It was my sister's influence, I sat down with her in front of TV and watched their music video over and over again.

Few days ago, I happened to find their music videos on web and just started watching them.

What a surprise, I found out that they have reunited the group last year!

Looking at their faces after 20 years, I feel like I have finally met my long lost friends..
